I went in to find out why I was getting a lot of road noise and vibration after a tire rotation. After inspection, the mechanics and counter staff told me that I had broken shocks and recommended replacement and a new set of 4 tires. I was apprehensive as I felt no evidence of bad shocks while driving. I made an appointment to replace my shocks. On arrival for my appointment, which they didn't seem to have record of, they did not have the shocks in the shop, but they were in town and could get them quickly. I waited 2 hours before they told me the shocks didn't fit, but another after-market brand was in Salt Lake and they could get them within the hour. I had things to do that day, so I told them to put my original shocks back on so I could go about my day. I took my car directly to my regular service shop and once they got the car up on the rack, they had me go look at my shocks and tires. There was nothing wrong with the shocks. They was no leakage, the bushings weren't cracked, and there was no evidence of damage, other than a bit of rust. The tires were cupped due to lack of rotation. I am very glad that I didn't spend the $450-600 quoted to me from Big O for the shock replacem

Nikki was great! Service was thorough and fast for everything that needed to be done. We come here for all our tire needs because it's close, convenient and we don't want to do it ourselves. Highly recommended!

I had the worst customer service experience here. The girl with a dermal on her left cheek with brown hair should be fired. I came in here with a bad tire and needed it to be serviced fully knowing it was in disrepair and needed replacing. Instead of informing me on correct car care she belittled me and laughed at me multiple times. If I ever come back, which is highly unlikely due to her unprofessional attitude towards paying customers, and sheβs there I will immediately walk out and go to your competitors. Hire better employees.

When I first started going here, they seemed nice and fair. I them heard stories from others that this location charges more for services than even other big o locations. I bought a 2022 Chevy equinox and it needed new tires even though it only had 11k miles on it. I went to Big O since they are by my house. I picked out some average tires that were rated for 70k miles. When they were installing them they told me I had a bent front control arm and they couldn't do an alignment until I got that fixed. Well after spending 1k bucks on tires, I didn't have the extra 650 bucks to fix the control arm. They said it shouldn't affect the tires but keep up with the rotation every oil change. Well, 21k miles on those tires and they were bad. I went in to tell them and they said they couldn't do anything as far as warranty because they didn't show record of me having the tires rotated every oil change, even though I asked to have it done when I went in for the oil changes. So I got screwed on bad tires. Just yesterday, 2/09/2026, I called another place and got a quote for 530 bucks to fix my bent control arm and new tires. This other place told me they didn't see any damaged or bent control ar

Working with Zack and Bridge offroad has been an amazing experience. Zack was awesome from the start. I didn't feel like I was just some customer that was there to fork over a bunch of money. I was treated like family. When there was a bit of an issue with my steering he was more than willing to make it right. Before and after the work.
